Before your first appointment in our office is, of course, the scheduling. If you schedule your new patient appointment through our online system, you will receive a call within one business day to confirm that it is the best appointment time for your needs. If you are unable to find a time that suits you, please feel free to give our office a call- we are often able to fit patients in within the next three days, if not the same day.

When we call you, we will often obtain your insurance information as well. We will then be able to confirm if we will be in network with your particular plan, and if so, our team will run a full benefits check before your appointment to avoid any unexpected costs for you.
